About me
I’m an Australian now living in France with my family. I grew up in Sydney Australia and was influenced by the food scene in Australia which has multicultural diversity. My neighbours growing up who were Lebanese, taught my family how to cook and enjoy their cuisine so this has been a part of my cooking journey, whilst my passion for growing produce and using seasonal and organic ingredients is an integral part. Inspiration has also come from my life in France which has only enhanced my love of beautiful produce such as the incredible abundance here for me to use.
My goal and joy is to bring beautiful food to your wedding or event throughout France. I believe that good food creates memories and so are special events, so why not enhance your day with gorgeous, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients- handmade into delicious dishes and something truly memorable for you and your guests?
As a catering business we pride ourselves as moving into being as sustainable with our practices as possible, we are always improving on this. We have reduced single use plastic by buying from farmers markets and farm stores, making our dips, sauces and gravies from scratch means they are natural and not in packets, meats are sourced straight from the farm or farmers markets, any leftovers are yours- we do not throw away leftovers they are boxed up in biodegradable and compostable containers and left for your guests to enjoy the next day and because the menu is made fresh it is still beautiful the day after.
My menu is brimming with variety; you can choose from the set packages such as a hog roast and sides, set Lebanese Mezze, or bbq menu, or I also have three levels of packages (Silver, Gold and Platinum) that are customisable from within my menu options (grazing boards, canapes, salads/sides/sauces/dips and meats.) I cater to allergies, vegetarian and vegans. No need to worry about the choices, I am here to advise on the best combinations for the number of guests, chosen service style, location and vibe of your day. I can also liase with venue owners and planners where needed.
Tastings can be booked between October- April each year in my French village and we can also help with accommodation should you wish
